Hot air roasting machines force hot air with temperatures of around 150 to 180 degrees celsius to stir and circulate the raw coffee beans under vacuum conditions. This allows all coffee beans to be floated and roasted at the exact same temperature at the same time. So that the roasted beans can fully release their true, natural, aromatic, and rich flavors, without the bitter-tasting tars.

The carcinogenic (cause of cancer) effect of coffee is believed to be due to acrylamide content. Which is a chemical compounds created during the roasting process. Our hot air roasted beans are 100% no burnt bean parts & completely silverskin-free! This technology also lowers our carbon footprint 19 to 1 in emissions (HACCP Certified).
The cause of many gastric problems after drinking coffee can be caused by: water content trapped inside roasted beans, and because of the presence of acidic compounds from traditional (metal drum) roasting machines that stick to the surfaces of roasted coffee beans. Our strict beans-drying standards ensure the exact bean’s moisture content (<12%) prior to hot air roasting.
The hot air roasting process works under vacuum conditions, which retains the true coffee taste and aroma back into the beans themselves. We roast the green beans without being touched by hot metal, which means it doesn’t burn the caffeine & antioxidants of the pure natural coffee. That’s why our roasted coffee taste is worth considering!
As all of the coffee beans are roasted while they are floating with the constant hot air flows, our beans have a great even bean color. There is no under-roasted part nor the burnt spots. And even better, our coffee beans are perfectly roasted inside out. So, even after the grinding, our coffee ground has the same color as the beans have.
Besides from having a great roasted coffee beans color, another benefit of our perfectly hot air roasted coffee is its good and light texture. Our roasted beans’ texture not super hard, which indicates that the coffee is still under-roasted. And of course our coffee beans also not baked (roasted at too low temperature for too long).
Our strict company’s SOP accompanied by qualified roasting technology make sure our coffee beans moisture at the desired level. Which is not only extends beans’ shelf life, but also maintains the consistency of our coffee taste and aroma. So, it requires less espresso calibration (for cafes/ restaurants) and also minimizes obsolete inventory before it’s sold out.
